About me
HI, My name is Christel Fate Colonia Roiles. I am 20 years old. I was born in October 08, 2001 in Vicente Sotto Memorial Medical Center.I live in Cabungaan,Catmon,Cebu. I am a 2nd year college student in Cebu Technological University Danao Campus,majoring a Bachelor of Secondary Education Major in Social. Studies. My favorite color is red and i love taking photos of the things i found interesting especially nature. Music is my best friend because i love to listen to music. I graduated elementary in Cabungaan Elementary School in Cabungaan, Catmon Cebu and graduated junior and senior highschool in Catmon National Highschool in Panalipan, Catmon Cebu. I love to cook different specialties and I’m the one who cook food in our house.

FAVORITE SPORTS: BADMINTON 🏸
I really love playing badminton since I was kid and this sport I think fits for me. Playing badminton together with my friends is a good bonding time for us not just it helps strengthen our body it also a good social relationship with other people.

Also, watching movies and different drama can change our perspective on the people and issues we face every day. We can learn new languages, about other cultures, about historical events, and much more just by watching movies. I am into to comedy, action and romance .
FAVORITE FOOD: ADOBO
My favorite food to eat is adobo to works to reward me by releasing feelings of pleasure and stress. I also love to eat sweet like some sweet desert I love to eat macarons.
FANGIRLING TO EXO
I am an Exo fans since 2015 until now not just because they are goodlooking but they have really nice voice and almost of their member is great singer and almost OST song of K-drama was sang by Exo. Exo have some great dancer and rapper and also they have nice visual and songs.
EXO broke Seo Taiji’s sales record in 2013 when their first full-length album, XOXO came out and broke the record for an album to reach sales of a million copies and the fastest selling Kpop act. Exo have been describe as “ The biggest boy band in the world”. They have also been Labelled “kings of kpop” By international outlets Vogue, metro and South Korean outlets such as OBS as well as “Nation’s pick” And “global pick” By South Korean media.
SCHOOL
My elementary experience is really full of fun and excitement. It is really a long way adventure but I’m so glad i able to complete it.In my elementary days I learned many things on my study and encounters new set of friends. I can say during this day i experience fun and meeting new friends. As a kid we share jokes and laughter and even scolded by our teachers because of being naughty. During that day I was able to meet some nice people and became my bestfriend. I can say elementary days are the most unforgettable experience because of our childish act and behavior.
My junior and high school experience is the best and the most unforgettable one that I will not really forget. During this days my childish behavior during elementary days was disappear when I enter at this stage I was able to know myself even more. In this days I learned many things and meet some friends. I also learned in that days the importance of studying hard and aiming your dream to achieve.I was able to complete my junior and senior high school in this school and I was able to finish this 4 years in junior and 2 years in senior highschool by the help of my dedicated teachers who taught me and nurture knowledge and lesson in life that I will be grateful and I always treasure in the bottom of my heart.

We may believe that our dreams are meaningless at times or impossible, yet this is never the case. Our dreams have many meanings, and we all have to is keep on dreaming and work hard in it to be able to achieve it. I really love this quote because it show and teach us to be perseverance and keep in dreaming.
I LIKE DOG’S 🐕 AND CATS 🐈
All of us in our family likes dog and cats especially me im obsessed with them. I really like dogs and cats actually we have 10 dogs and 7 cats that we took good care in our home. I really having fun while playing them because they can reduce stress and remove my loneliness. Pets also provide valuable companionship for older adults.
FRIENDS
Friendship is one of the greatest bonds anyone can ever wish for. I’m so lucky that I have many friends to share my affection, common beliefs and values. My friends are always their to support and guide me they always their in times I need something to talk and to rely on. Even we did not see each other but we always have time to go hang out together and make some memorable memories and adventure.We are kind of friends that always their if we having some trouble and even in difficult time they are always their to make me smile and happy.
FAVORITE COUNTRY TO VISIT: JAPAN
The first county I want to visit someday is Japan because Japan have stunning and with diverse scenery with mountain and breathtaking views. Japanese people are polite and kind. I also want to see their nice temples and shrines that are really incredible. Japan is one of the cleanest country in the world. I also want to see Japan cherry blossom and to taste thier world-class cuisine and experience their unique culture.

FAMILY
A family is one a greatest gift of god to all living creatures on the earth.It is a privilege to have a happy family as not everyone in the world has it. I considered my family is one of the precious gift that God give me in my entire life.
My small family consist with my mother,father,sister and my brother.My mother is the anchor of our house.She is loving and caring and concerned, but when she is angry you will get to know her.She always their for us to guide us and give moral in us when we have make mistake.
My father is a responsible and dedicated person that always there in times we need help and support.He always invest his time in his work in order to give what we need not we want.My dad is my inspiration because he love us.
My brother and sister that I considered to be my best buddies.My sister is a talented person because she is good in singing and dancing the talent that I don’t have.She always been my sister and friends that I can rely on even if we have a misunderstanding and fight she always their to support and cherish me.My brother is a childish and annoying she always make fun of us.He she is smiling person and amazing to be with.He is the type that all his want to be granted and even if we also have and misunderstanding he always been a good sibling that give me a hope and make me happy in times of sadness.

CTU LEARNING EXPERIENCE
ONLINE DISTANCE LEARNING
In this kind of setup the online distance learning or a distance education is a new way for me in learning. At first I was afraid that I couldn’t join and catch up the classes because of my situation that we don’t have any access to internet because we live in rural areas that is far to have an internet connection. Later on I was able to embrace it and continue learning despite of many challenges that come in my way and learn that we should believe in our self so that you can able to fly and continue your dream
Doing activities virtually a completely different by doing it actual, it is really hard for me to adjust in this kind of setup during this stage. We know that we are accustomed to have a good and happy day in experiencing all activities that we are supposed to do but I’m glad that even virtually I could experience some activities that we are supposed to do during face to face classes.

Process- oriented it helps and emphasizes or focuses on processes, systems, or procedures rather than results or underlying causes.Process-oriented assessment is an evaluation that depends on the teacher’s observations.The teacher watches the student in order to know their actual reading and writing ability. Some of the children do not test well and that the test grade is not a true reflection of what are their capabilities and skills. It is concerned with the actual task performance rather than the output or product of the activity.
It is important to assess students’ learning not only to their outputs or products but also the processes which the students underwent in order to arrive at these products or outputs. Finally, I have learned that this kind of assessment provides insights into student thinking, reasoning and m and motivation. It also helps support the cognitive development of the students learning

I learned that to assess further the students achievement we should consider many things. this product assessment will tell us weather our students have learned from our lesson we have taught them. It will gives us clear evidence of the knowledge and skill they have learned.
I also learned that we can’t assess students by just giving them paper-and-pencil test. we should give them the hands on activity that they will apply the real world experiences .

Portfolio assessment is differ from other traditional testing and from other authentic assessment method because portfolio assessments focus on the self-reflection and evidence of growth over time through samples of work products, performance assessments require students to directly apply what they have learned in realistic situations.This can help every teacher to know and understand the students behavior and how students work their projects. The teacher can clearly evaluate the performance f the students on what particular area did the students perform and underperform. Portfolio assessment help the teacher facilitate ones students development and improvement on his/her studies to continue to thrive hard and reach their dreams. Portfolio assessment is a very important tool to be used in analyzing and evaluating students activity, performance and other activities that the teacher give to his/her students.

REFLECTION
Having grading and reporting because it can help the social work educators to fully evaluate and examine the overall performance of one’s students. Proper gay lines for effective greeting are very important because it can also help the teachers identify one’s students strengths and weaknesses. This also help a teacher to know in what particular field that studenst perform or underperform.An effective guidelines for grading systems help to communicate information about learning to help students be more proactive, overcome failures, and excel. It also ensures assessment of learning, and in the assignment of the scores and proficiency levels against the same leaning standards, across students, teachers, assessments, learning experiences, content areas, and time.
